André Dias
My name is André Dias. I have a PhD in Lung Disease Modelling from the University of Tromso in Norway, home of the Norwegian Centre for Telemedicine, in it's turn a WHO reference partner.
I did my experimental work at the Institute of Medical Statistics and Epidemiology at the Technical University of Munich in collaboration with the Helmholtz Zentrum Munich, one of the world's most prestigious institutions in the field of epidemiology research.

Laura Sanches
Has been practicing clinical psychology in her private practice since 2006. Completed a degree with a specialization in Clinical and Counselling Psychology in 2002. Completed an MA in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology at John Moores University in 2004. Post graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills from Thomas Danby College.
Attended a post-graduate course in Help Relationship and Therapeutic Intervention at UA and a post-graduate course in Transpersonal Orientation Psychotherapy at UL do Porto. Took an Introduction to Focusing course at ISPA in 2013. John Arden's Brain Based Therapy model, in EMDR and has taken courses with: Dan Siegel, Stephen Porges, Jack Kornfield, Sue Johnson and Gordon Neufeld.
Organises courses, workshops and retreats in areas connected to Stress Management, Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques and Psychology. Has written several books on Yoga and Mindfulness.

Hélio Pereira
Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon.
Internship in Polyclinics in the Lisbon Civil Hospitals from 1977 to 1982.
Started Internship in Orthopaedics and Traumatology in 1982 in the Hospital Ortopédico Dr. José de Almeida, in Carcavelos (HOJA), concluded in 1988.
Member of the Permanent Staff of the Cascais Hospital Centre.
Member of the Orthopaedic College of the Order of Physicians since 1994.
He assumed functions as Responsible for the Infirmary in the Orthopaedic Hospital Dr. José de Almeida (Carcavelos)
Team Leader of the Urgent Care Unit at Hospital Condes Castro Guimarães (Cascais)
Has assured Orthopaedic Emergency Service in several Hospitals of the SNS, namely Hospital S. Francisco Xavier, Hospital das Caldas da Rainha, Hospital de Aveiro, Hospital Amato Lusitano in Castelo Branco, Hospital do Litoral Alentejano in Santiago de Cacém.
Currently he is authorized for unpaid leave from his functions as Graduate Hospital Assistant in Orthopedics, in Cascais Hospital Dr. José de Almeida.
For several years has been providing regular Orthopaedic and Traumatology Service in ULSNA - Unidade Local de Saúde do Norte Alentejano, namely in the Hospitals of Portalegre and Elvas.
Other activities: Scientific coordinator of the Integrative Homeopathy Course (European Programme) since 1987, speaker at the 1st and 2nd International Summit of Health Aging (2020 and 2021), founding member of the Portuguese Medical Society of Acupuncture, among others.
Germano de Sousa
Clinical Pathologist by the Portuguese Medical Association and European Clinical Chemist by the EFCC, full professor and director of the Postgraduate Education College of the Universidade Atlântica; director of the Clinical Pathology Service of the H Fernando Fonseca; adviser to the National Ethics Council for Life Sciences. Presides over the Portuguese Society of Clinical Chemistry, and is the clinical director of the Germano de Sousa Group, which includes all the Germano de Sousa Laboratory Medicine Centres.
He was an associate professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences for 20 years where he founded the Masters Course in Chemical Pathology; director of the Clinical Pathology Services of the Desterro and Capuchos hospitals. Presided over the Portuguese Society of Clinical Pathology, the Portuguese Society of Osteopo- rose and Metabolic Diseases and the National Association of Clinical Laboratories. From January 1999 to February 2005, he was President of the Portuguese Medical Association.
